What will you be doing?

Australasian Medical & Scientific are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Chatswood, on a full-time basis. As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries from customers, in order to provide an exceptional level of support and care.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with responding to customer inquiries received via phone and email;
  • Providing a high level of administrative and sales support;
  • Supporting the stock ordering process; and
  • General administrative duties as required.
