About the Opportunity

Galderma is seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance/Medical Information Associate to join their Medical Team based at the Belrose Head Office in Sydney's Northern Beaches for a 10-month maternity leave contract (beginning in July).

Working closely with the Regulatory and Marketing teams, your responsibilities will include:

  • The provision of high-standard medical information responses to patients and health care professionals regarding product queries;
  • Receiving, documenting, and processing adverse event reporting;
  • Creating and reviewing SOPs; and
  • Assisting in the review of promotional materials and activities.

Critical to your success in this role will be your attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, plus an ability to deal with multi-level internal and external relationships.  It is also expected that you will have:

  • At least 1 years’ previous experience in medical information and/or pharmacovigilance within a pharmaceutical organisation;
  • Pharmacology or Health Science degree qualifications;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Proven customer interaction capabilities; and
  • Database search experience.

Please note: To be eligible to apply, you must be a NSW resident, and be able to commit to a 10 month contract.
