About the Opportunity
Due to further growth, Morgan Advanced Materials have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Riverwood, NSW.
This full-time permanent role will see you acting as the initial point of contact for all internal and external clients who make general enquiries, place orders and request technical support from either the Account Manager or members of the sales team. Additionally, this role will be assigned a select portion of the company's existing client accounts with the specific purpose of building on long-term relationships through a dedicated level of service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephone Sales/Sales support always maintaining total customer satisfaction;
- Preparing routine quotations and support for larger commercial proposals;
- Completing administration of customer orders;
- Advising and interacting with stock and supply logistics personnel within the organisation; and
- Providing status reporting and regular feedback to the Account Manager.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in customer service. As the first point of contact for Morgan Advanced Materials customers, you will possess the attitude to go above and beyond to ensure the customer's experience is memorable for all of the right reasons. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to discuss any client requirements with each client whilst always interacting with a team of trained applications engineers who can assist you with technical & product support enquiries that you may receive daily in this role.
A love of fast-paced and highly dynamic working environments is a must, enabling you to effectively manage competing demands and enquiries to a very high standard, without compromising on service. You'll be working to enhance client experience throughout your role; therefore you'll need to be mature-minded and highly personable.
Importantly, you will be independent and able to work well without direct supervision, with full accountability for the work that you do. Finally, you'll be comfortable using a range of technology and software programs, with ERP system experience being of a distinct advantage.
