About the Organisation
GP Plus Healthcare is a new private billing practice located in Burwood, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The clinic will provide patients with experienced, specialised General Practitioners and have facilities for Pathology. The clinic will be co-located within the Quality Pharmacy Burwood.
As there is significant growth in the Burwood area, GP Plus Healthcare is expanding to ensure that both new and existing patients are being treated in an efficient and effective manner. GP Plus Healthcare also ensures whole of life health care as well as a full range of screening and preventative health services.
GP Plus Healthcare operates Monday–Friday from 8am to 6pm.
About the Opportunity
GP Plus Healthcare are now looking for multiple General Practitioners with VR and FRACGP to join their new clinic on a full-time or part-time basis in Burwood, VIC.
Working within this practice, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of primary health care services to patients within the clinic;
- Complying with all relevant legislation and common law obligations;
- Discharge of duty of care in the course of practice including meeting practice standards and accountability; and
- Providing patients with genuine empathy and interest in their needs.
GP Plus Healthcare are seeking candidates with VR as a medical practitioner with FRACGP and the Medical Board of Australia. Candidates will also hold current medical indemnity.
The successful candidates will be experienced in all facets of general practice, with the ability to provide care across a diverse patient base.
Above all, you'll be professional and diligent in your delivery of services, with a focus on providing the best possible care to your patients. You will also display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups.
Experience using computerised patient management and clinical software programs will be highly regarded.
About the Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be offered a highly competitive remuneration including up to 70% of billings. There is also a guarantee of $170 per hour for the first three months if billings do not reach the equivalent amount. Once billings exceed $170 per hour, you will be paid the higher amount.
