About the Opportunity
Due to a rapid growth period, Formway Group currently has multiple opportunities for full-time Electricians to service the entire Sydney Region.
Reporting to your team supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited:
- Installing metering equipment, energising and commissioning metering installations to client specifications;
- Scheduling your jobs for optimum service performance;
- Installing communication devices and antennae;
- Disconnecting and reconnecting at points of attachment;
- Performing minor rectification works at metering installations; and
- Maintaining daily records of work orders completed using field mobility solutions software.
Successful candidates will be a fully qualified, licensed and experienced Electrician with the right to work in NSW.
You will also ideally demonstrate the following, though training and certification will be provided for the right candidates;
- An Accredited Service Provider (ASP) Level 2 with Cat 4 in Metering;
- Completion of an asbestos awareness course;
- A Current First Aid certificate with CPR training; and
- Working near live electrical apparatus certificate.
In addition, you'll need a strong commitment to safety behaviours and culture, as well as take pride in your professional appearance and workmanship. Excellent relationship and communication skills are important as you'll liaise with clients and customers regularly. Your organisation skills and methodical nature will see you succeed in this autonomous role.
Please note: It is a key requirement of this role that successful candidates have a current, unrestricted driver’s licence.
