About the Opportunity

Clean Air now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales and Account Manager to join their established business. Based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for an existing client base within a 100k radius from Brisbane CBD, so will be required to travel regularly as part of this role.

Using your experience in HVAC and air quality testing, you will be primarily responsible for building and managing a large portfolio of commercial clients within your territory, creating sales and marketing action plans to increase market share and secure repeat business. You will understand, address and anticipate customers' operational and environment objectives, needs and requirements and recommending solutions as required.  

Clean Air is looking for candidates with previous experience in HVAC and air quality testing who can quickly establish credibility with clients and have the ability to respond to, and resolve, technical enquiries. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a B2B sales role and have a proven track record of account management and new business development, however candidates who have the technical HVAC knowledge and have the aptitude for working in a sales environment, will also be considered.

As an approachable and interpersonal communicator, you will be expected to meet regularly with clients, in person and over the phone. Excellent organisation and time management skills will in addition be imperative to your success.

It is essential to being considered that you are confident in the use of computers and workflow programs, in order to make use of the company’s cloud-based systems. You must also be competent in generating sales reports and creating forecasts (or have the aptitude to learn), as well as having the ability to read and interpret HVAC mechanical drawings. 

An AIRAH NADCA would highly regarded, as would an OH&S certification. Someone with relevant trade qualifications and/or a sales person with strong technical aptitude, will be well-suited to this position. 

Please note: You must hold a current Police Check Clearance or be willing to obtain upon commencing employment. The successful applicant will also be required to complete a health assessment prior to commencement in the role.
