About the Opportunity
Priceline Pharmacy Yamba has an excellent opportunity for a full-time experienced Pharmacist to join their team working across 2 stores in Yamba.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth provision of service and dispensary growth, as well as checking Webster packs going out to the community and aged care facilities.
More specifically your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Dispensing medicines to walk-in customers;
- Providing pharmaceutical advice;
- Controlling pharmacy stocks, including managing and re-ordering inventory; and
- Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including generic conversion rates and prescription growth.
To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified and registered Pharmacist. You will also have good clinical knowledge/experience and the ability to implement and maintain new programs that lead to business growth.
Working with the Pharmacy team to provide the best health outcome for Priceline customers, you will thrive on building customer relationships and ensuring loyalty and patronage over the long term.
Being a confident and outgoing person with strong communication and negotiation skills, liaising with internal and external stakeholders will be a breeze. This is a great role to really immerse yourself in the community, and to truly make Yamba your home.
