Apollo now has an exciting opportunity for a personable and highly organised Executive Assistant to join their team based in Northgate, Brisbane on a full-time basis.

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Apollo.  

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CEO in all aspects of his daily responsibilities so the office runs smoothly including diary management; scheduling appointments and correspondence assistance;
  • End-to-end party and event planning including organising catering and equipment hire for Christmas parties, conferences, team building days etc;
  • Management meeting preparation including agenda and minutes and collation of reports;
  • Organising travel bookings and all related administrative tasks; and 
  • Personal support to the CEO, ie booking appointments, getting lunch etc, as required.

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience operating as an EA or PA at an executive level. Previous experience working within a publicly listed organisation and/or a background in marketing/PR or similar would be an advantage, however, is not mandatory. 

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be critical, as you will be required to add value in writing content for Board Reports, presentations and other documents as needed. You will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously when the CEO is travelling, and be comfortable undertaking a mix of both work related and personal tasks, as required.
