What you'll be doing

As our Marketing Team is in the midst of a pivotal growth phase, we are now looking for a full-time Marketing Communications & Branding Specialist to join our Milton, Brisbane team.

Reporting to our Marketing Leader, you'll play a key role in owning employer branding projects, with the aim of helping our clients position themselves as an employer of choice

In overseeing and personally driving these EB projects, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients and their people to determine their employer branding needs and identify their unique talent offering;
  • Assessing client and competitor employer brands;
  • Facilitating employer branding workshops, presenting research findings and insights, and collaboratively crafting employee value propositions; and
  • Running powerful, engaging campaigns to inspire current and future employees about our clients' stories.

We're looking for someone who rolls up their sleeves everyday to get the job done, while also taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Don't worry though - we'll train and support you every step of the way. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Marketing communications experience - branding experience would be great, but is not necessary;
  • The ability to take a brief and engage professionally with clients;
  • The ability to deliver consistent, quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment;
  • A creative mindset underpinned by a process-driven approach;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - believe us, this really matters; and
  • Strong research and reporting skills - you're a pro at drawing insights.
