About the Opportunity
Jamberoo Action Park is looking to welcome an experienced Servicing and Maintenance Professional to their team, working on a casual basis (with the possibility of moving into a permanent role) in Jamberoo, NSW.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this engaging role requires a forward thinking individual who will take a proactive approach to the servicing and maintenance of Jamberoo's equipment, vehicles and plant.
Specific duties will include:
- Communicating with all employees to determine effective servicing plans;
- Servicing and upkeep of all company machinery and plant;
- Diagnosing breakdowns in order to effectively and efficiently provide solutions;
- Communicating with external stakeholders to outsource maintenance as required;
- Assisting with general facility maintenance and projects undertaken by Jamberoo; and
- Effective record keeping of all servicing and maintenance.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. In order to reduce any disruptions in the park, you will also display great attention to detail to be able to identify and resolve any potential faults.
You will also have a current driver's licence and the flexibility to work over a seven-day roster (including public holidays).
Candidates who hold a forklift, elevated work platform or heavy vehicle license will be highly regarded.
Please Note: It is a requirement that the successful candidate is able to complete a range of physical tasks in all weather conditions.
