The Urban Development Construction team at Pensar are responsible for the delivery of land subdivision projects for some of Australia’s premier Development companies. Works include earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, stormwater, electrical, lighting & landscaping.

About the Opportunity
Pensar now has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Foreman to join their Urban Development Construction team based in South Brisbane.
Reporting to the Construction Manager of Urban Development, you will be completely responsible for all site operations. You will also be responsible for the delivery of project accountability.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Running daily prestart meetings;
- Liaising with consulting engineers and customers;
- Attending weekly site meetings;
- Overseeing the quality of workmanship; and
- Complying with safety standards.
To be successful in this position you must have a high-level of experience in Subdivisions construction in SEQ and have previous experience in a supervisory role.
Pensar is looking for an extremely hard working individual who has a proficient understanding of local council standards in SEQ, the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and a demonstrated ability to understand costs and budgeting.
You will also have strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, and be a self-motivated and loyal individual.
