About the Opportunity

Canadian Springs is seeking a motivated, full-time Account Executive to oversee the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland. 

The Account Executive is focused on increasing sales volume of new and existing accounts through direct sales efforts. You will also develop strategic territory plans, sales goals, and growth strategies. 

Key accountabilities include: 

  • Developing and executing a national account sales strategy that drives new business 
  • Facilitating sales “hunter” activities, including face-to-face cold calling, telephone contact, and social media sales strategies
  • Increasing the sales opportunity pipeline through targeted campaigns to new accounts
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Canadian Springs' products and services, as well as competitor's products and industry trends
  • Utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to maximize the opportunity pipeline and achieve sales goals

The Successful Candidate 

For this role, we are seeking someone with a proven track record of success selling to large B2B accounts. Ideally, you will have three years' B2B sales experience and a post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline. Most importantly, the successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

This role is well suited to a motivated, driven and results-orientated sales professional. Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office, you will be a superior relationship-builder and able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives. 

Although this role promises to be challenging, you will be supported by a great team, nationally recognized brands, and high-quality products. Tenacity and determination will be key drivers of your success, and we are seeking someone with a positive, professional 'never give up' attitude.  

Please note that a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required, for which you will be provided with a car allowance.
