About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to all levels of legal staff whilst managing front desk reception duties.
Your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients;
- Providing exceptional client service;
- Representing Silberstein & Associates with a high level of professionalism;
- Assisting with accounts;
- Invoice management; and
- Database & document management duties.
To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and must have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and document management. Candidates with experience using Xero will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of diary management and experience with foreign currency payments.
This role will suit an individual who has previously worked in a corporate office environment. While not essential, candidates with a background in legal or accounting administration will be highly regarded.
This position calls for a personable and driven administration officer who displays excellent time management skills, has the ability to work autonomously and employs strong communication skills. As you will be the 'face' of S&A, you will also have exceptional polished personal presentation and excellent client service skills.
