About the Organization
Our client is a family owned and operated roofing and cladding contractor specializing in industrial and commercial projects. With a team of experienced and qualified applicators, they utilize the latest manufacturing equipment to ensure a top quality installation. Services include installation of all high-end architectural facades and metal roofing.
About the Opportunity
Due to growth, our client is seeking several, experienced Architectural Sheet Metal Installers, Finishing Carpenters, and Helpers in Vancouver, British Columbia.
In this role, you will perform architectural cladding layout and installation. This will involve installing exterior metal products according to specifications, building codes, and blueprints. As many applications involve panelized façade, the fabrication and installation of sheet product plays a large role. Finishing carpenters with an aptitude for installations to exact dimensions are also a good fit for this role.
The successful candidates will be safety conscious individuals with proven ability to work outdoors at heights and on sloped surfaces. You will also have the capacity to read/interpret construction drawings, shop drawings.
Above all, you must be team oriented and physically fit in order to carry out the demands of the role.
