Your New Role
The Kwickaz Group is now on the lookout for a Sales Representative to join their Melbourne based team, on a full-time basis.
This role will see you selling a range of freight solution services to new Kwickaz Group clients.
More specifically, you'll be:
- Canvasing for clients on a daily basis through lead generation and cold calling;
- Establishing face to face appointments with clients in order to close sales;
- Using the CRM to input and maintain client data; and
- Liaising and working closely with the operations team.
With initial industry and sales training, you'll be sure to hit the ground running!
In order to be successful, you'll require the following:
- Comfortability with cold calling- you can't be "phone shy" if you want to succeed
- Excellent communication skills- the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients will keep them coming back for more
- Impeccable personal presentation- you'll be meeting with clients in person, representing the Kwickaz Group brand in the best possible light
- A customer service focus or background- you'll understand how to deliver exceptional services to keep your clients happy
- The ability to close a sale- you're not afraid to ask for a sale and won't be phased by obstacles in the process
- Motivation and drive- you thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, and work well independently
