About the Opportunity

Adept Inspections and Training Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Work Health Safety & Quality Management Systems Administrator to join their friendly team full-time in Belmont North, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks relating Quality Management (QM), Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Compliance.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with Quality Management, Work Health and Safety and RTO accreditation bodies to maintain accreditation;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of current Legislation, Acts, Codes of Practice and Standards;
  • Completing and maintaining Item Registration with State Authorities;
  • Maintaining, developing and implementing policies and procedures;
  • Completing and maintaining third party compliance system requirements;
  • Organising and maintaining staff induction register for client sites; and
  • Organising and maintaining staff professional development.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in the Engineering/Mine/Maintenance fields;
  • Previous experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of relevant Standards (AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 9001);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Previous internal auditing experience;
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written; and
  • Strong time management skills, as you will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
