An Exciting Sales Opportunity Awaits

Canadian Springs currently has multiple opportunities for motivated Account Executives and Area Sales Representatives to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a full-time basis.

Our Account Executives are responsible for growing new and existing accounts, with a focus on medium-to-large corporate offices with over 50 people.

Our Area Sales Representatives are responsible for selling Canadian Springs products (water and coffee services) to smaller offices, primarily four to 40 people.  

Whether you're a seasoned sales professional or just getting started in sales, this could be a great opportunity for you. Although these roles promise to be challenging and fast-paced, you'll be backed by a great team, nationally recognized brands, and high-quality products. Both roles operate in an outside sales capacity within an assigned territory. 

Primary duties include (but aren't limited to):  

  • Identifying and converting high-quality, long-term leads to support business growth
  • Making sales presentations to prospective customers at businesses, trade shows, and exhibits
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Canadian Springs' products and services (training provided)
  • Identifying customer needs gap analysis to match company products services and solutions
  • Negotiating appropriate pricing and solutions within established guidelines 
  • Following up with new customers to ensure their expectations are met
  • Completing and maintaining service agreements and CRM productivity
  • Working with Route Sales Representatives to build route density 

Our Ideal Candidates

For these roles, we are seeking candidates with previous sales experience and familiarity with business development and account management responsibilities. Three to five years' of experience in an outside sales capacity is preferred, however candidates with previous inside sales experience and the desire and determination to move into an outside sales role are welcome to apply. 

Most importantly, the successful candidates will be highly organized, motivated and demonstrate superior communication skills. Comfortable with high-volume cold calling, you'll have proven ability to build strong working relationships with customers and effectively manage customer inquiries and objections.
