About the Opportunity
Signode has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Field Service Technician with previous electrical or mechanical experience.
Reporting to our Montreal office, you will be primarily responsible for the installation, service, and support of power strapping equipment for clients across Quebec and the Maritimes.
To qualify for this role, you will have:
- Post-secondary education or certification in an electrical or mechanical field;
- Experience servicing or repairing industrial equipment, including PLCs at a troubleshooting/programming level;
- Fabrication experience (asset); and
- A valid driver’s license.
Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. The flexibility to travel, work after-hours and on weekends (when required) is also essential for success in this role. Bilingualism in French and English is also a requirement of this role.
