About the Opportunity

Brave Energy has an exciting opportunity for a Key Client Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in Melbourne, VIC.

Reporting to the General Manager Business Development, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing an account strategy based on Brave's alignment with client needs. The role will see you act as the key liaison between clients and internal departments for escalated items, and responsible for nurturing customer relationships.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining visibility of Brave’s Product and Delivery teams and assist with customer engagement when required;
  • Identifying, qualifying and securing opportunities for additional revenue stream from each client;
  • Preparing and maintaining an Account Management Plan for each of Brave’s customers;
  • Capturing and maintaining actions arising from customer engagement meetings tracking these to completion; and
  • Maintaining relevant customer information in the Brave CRM system.

To be considered, you will have demonstrated experience with customer service in the Australian utilities sector and Electricity and Gas utilities sector. You will also have a depth of experience as an account manager, delivery manager or senior executive.

The position is ideal to provide feedback and insight of the customer's relationship to Brave, then identified and discussed with Brave’s executive team providing recommendations to improve the customer relationships.

While not essential, candidates with knowledge of software development, and have the relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
