The Critical Intervention Outreach Service aims to assist women and their children to remain safely within their community and maintain a life free of violence while also addressing the emotional and practical needs and issues arising from the violence. The service operates within a collaborative and supportive team environment with a strong focus on partnerships with relevant external organisations.

  • Supporting and maintaining a small caseload of women (and their children) with complex needs;
  • Working to enhance partnerships with services that support DFV clients;
  • Engaging in community awareness activities around DFV, in collaboration with the TCWR staff and other agencies; and
  • Data collection and programme reporting to CEO and funding bodies.

Please Note: Due to the nature of this position, our Service and its Clients, the successful applicant must be female (under Section 51 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977).
