About the Opportunity

Brunswick Asia Pacific Group now has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Manager to join their Mercury Marine team based at Moorebank, NSW.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for increasing sales and market share within the NSW markets. 

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Visiting dealerships on a regular basis;
  • Managing current accounts and developing new business opportunities;
  • Undertaking promotional activities; and
  • Conducting market planning and business development.

Brunswick Asia Pacific Group are looking for a driven and hungry business to business sales professional with a proven track record of developing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities through active prospecting. Working closely with dealerships, you'll need a keen interest or experience with marine engines, marine products and/or boats in order to quickly establish credibility and build profitable client relationships. Travel within NSW is a key requirement to enhance your client relationships.

You'll have a minimum of 4 years B2B sales experience, ideally within the Marine Industry, although candidates with strong sales experience in the Power Equipment, Automotive or Motorcycle industries will also be highly regarded. Ideally, you will have previously worked within a multinational environment with a focus on dealerships, service and engineering product sales. 

You'll also have excellent communication skills and will take a proactive approach to account management and business development. 

While not essential, candidates with tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing will be highly regarded.
