About the Opportunity

Tom Harris Cellular is currently seeking ambitious and dedicated Business Solutions Managers to join our teams in Metro Vancouver, Nanaimo, Calgary, and Edmonton.

This role calls for a highly tenacious and passionate sales professional with a “hunter” mentality. You strive for success and produce tangible results. You are comfortable making cold calls, chasing new business and nurturing business relationships. Most importantly, you have a proven track record of outside sales success.   

As our next sales superstar, you'll play a vital role in prospecting, closing and retaining new business. Best of all, you'll be given the reigns to do this to the best of your ability, in any way you see fit.

Your key responsibilities will include connecting with decision makers and attending networking and association events to generate new business leads. You'll also spend approximately two hours each day placing cold calls.

To qualify for this role, you'll have: 

  • At least one year of B2B sales experience (two to five years of sales experience is preferred) 
  • A passion for seeking out new business paired with the ability to foster strong client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel MS Office
  • A tech-savvy mindset and the desire to adopt new technology

In addition, knowledge or experience in the technology or wireless field is considered an asset. 

Along with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, you will also develop new accounts quickly. This is a client facing role where your strong communication and interpersonal skills will serve you well.
