About the Opportunity

Due to recent growth, Hylan Group Inc. is seeking a customer service orientated Senior Construction Project Coordinator with excellent organizational and leadership skills to join our team in Toronto, ON.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to our director and split your time 50/50 between being in the office and on-site. You will be required to organize and provide support on a wide range of projects and activities as well as support the various departments within our company.

Some key responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating various construction projects according to priorities and plans
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Reading drawings, plans and blueprints
  • Delegating tasks to ensure that all project tasks are completed 
  • Ordering materials based on project needs

In addition to being a great communicator, extremely organized, and a team player, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the construction industry and a demonstrated proficiency with project management. A post-secondary qualification in project management or construction management, previous carpentry or handyman experience would be considered an asset. An alternative combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
