About the Opportunity
Ducats now has an opportunity for a Site Supervisor to lead their Guyra Concrete Plant, based approximately 20 minutes outside of Armidale, NSW. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with Saturday work required on a semi-regular basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be the most senior person based at the Guyra site and will be responsible for running day-to-day operations of the yard including ensuring production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations. You will also run the onsite office including handling money, liaising with customers and organising workflow.
To be successful in this position you will have extensive previous batching experience gained within a concrete plant and the demonstrated ability to run plant operations. You will also have a current HR License and Front End Loader experience, with a Truck License ideal, but not mandatory.
This is a leadership role with 2-3 direct reports. You will need to provide guidance and direction to the team on the ground as well as leading by example in the quality and consistency of work delivered.
