DeVilbiss Healthcare is a global manufacturer and distributor of respiratory therapy products. 

They specialise in delivering the best value for home Oxygen services in the Greater Sydney Region. DeVilbiss Healthcare also has the capability to deliver to remote areas when required which can assist patients with their Oxygen requirements.

As the organisation grows, DeVilbiss Healthcare intends to develop their infrastructure further to give a full-time service to the rural areas allowing all patients in the regions the same high standard of service. 

About the Opportunity

Due to growth in the organisation, DeVilbiss Healthcare is actively seeking their next Sales Representative to deliver superior sales development and customer service. This role is being offered on a full-time role based in the metro Sydney area.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships through contacting warm leads, generating new leads, and expanding sales opportunities through the entire range. 

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Developing new relationships through cold calling (warm leads);
  • Enhancing business practices to capitalize in leads provided from Internal Sales and Customer Service Associates;
  • Being available at short notice to deliver urgently required equipment to customers;
  • Training customers on a range of respiratory products - especially Oxygen Concentrators and Sleep Apnea devices;
  • Attending seminars and business meetings with the General Manager; and
  • Organising training days with key accounts as required by customers.

About You

DeVilbiss Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated, persistent, and empathetic individual to join their team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have either previous experience in a customer service/sales role or relevant tertiary qualification. Candidates who have previously been in a customer service role in a different industry are encouraged to apply.

You will be supported by a fantastic team and be provided with comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role.

While not essential, a background in health sales will be held in high regard. 

Please note: As you are required to travel around the Sydney Metro area, you will need to have a full driver's license.
