About the Opportunity
Ausmar Group has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Estimator to join their team currently based in Maroochydore, QLD
Working closely within the team, you will be responsible for managing all facets of home estimating including full custom designed and project style construction projects.
More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Thorough and accurate material and labour take offs;
- Providing supplier purchase orders and documentation to build the home;
- Liaising with designers, suppliers and trades teams regarding pricing and supply issues; and
- Providing price variation options and design changes where required.
To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience as an Estimator, ideally within a residential construction space including new home pricing, and a solid knowledge of the building industry. Any experience using Databuild will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to self-train and up-skill, have excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Please note: Candidates must have a current driver's licence.
