About the Opportunity
Due to continuing growth, Ausmar Homes has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced and motivated Residential Site Supervisor to join their team based in the South Sunshine Coast QLD.
Working with the Construction Manager, you will be assisting with the building and timely completion of new residential developments.
As Site Supervisor, your role will include:
- Ensuring the building of quality homes to budget in a timely manner;
- Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers; and
- Organising the inspection of completed work to ensure it meets code and WPHS required standards.
Supervisory experience in the construction of residential homes will be essential to your success in this role. You must also hold a current QLD Supervisor License and have residential project home management experience in Volume Build or Residential Construction. Although not essential, trade qualifications would also be ideal.
Additionally, a passion for producing high-quality homes, along with excellent knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards will aid your success in this pivotal role.
You will have a good understanding of OH&S requirements, along with good computer skills (Onsite Companion preferred) and a willingness to learn new systems.
