About the Organisation
Based in Caringbah, Sydney, ACR Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (ACR) provides a wide range of services including the design, installation, planned maintenance and repairs for all types of HVAC plant, from simple splits to VRV’s up to large chilled water systems. They serve both residential and commercial sectors and work with leading brands such as Fujitsu and Daikin as warranty agents.
About the Opportunity
ACR is now looking for two Air Conditioning Service Technicians to join the team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing commercial and domestic air conditioning systems in the Sydney metro and greater Sydney area.
A typical day may include:
- Planned preventative maintenance;
- Reactive maintenance;
- Component repairs;
- Equipment inspections; and
- Minor Installation work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Certificate III in airconditioning and refrigeration;
- ARCtick license;
- Current driver's license (manual license desirable); and
- Availability to work Monday to Friday including a call out shift once a month.
While not essential, candidates with an OH&S and/or Working at Heights Ticket will be highly regarded. As will any previous experience with Fujitsu, Daikin, Temperzone, and ActronAir products.
Some minor installation experience would also be an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement of this role.
It is essential in this role that you're a team player who is motivated, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic.
