About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and strategic direction, Knauf Australia is now looking a full-time Management Accountant to join their team based in Matraville, NSW on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and undertake preparation, anaylsis and distribution of financial results to provide management with:
- Timely and accurate reporting of business performance;
- Key financial and commercial input; and
- Ensuring accountability and supporting improved decision making and performance.

About You
To be considered for this position you will need to be a fully qualified CPA/CA with previous experience in a similar role. You will need to have proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and internal management reporting, and a strong understanding of financial accounting and compliance issues. Any experience using SAP would be highly regarded, but is not mandatory.
Importantly, Knauf is looking for candidates who will take ownership and responsibility for the role and make it their own. With the ability to think critically, you will look for ways to improve upon current processes and drive change. You will be a team player with great communication skills.
This role would be well-suited to someone early to mid-career from a medium to large organisation who is looking to take their next big career step.
