Establish yourself as a key influence advisor.
Business Benchmark Group is looking for a talented and confident Business Coach to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is based out of the Doncaster, Melbourne office and operates in a private coaching / training capacity either face to face or via technology.
No two days will be alike in this fast-paced and vibrant role. Acting as a pivotal influencer, you'll be working with a range of unique and colourful clients, providing them with the skills, tools and advice needed to grow a successful business.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
- Building B2B strategic relationships, as well as an ongoing pipeline of future clients (business owners that will take part in your service offering);
- Leading and delivering strategic business transformation programs through one on one and groups sessions;
- Providing subject matter expertise on the key areas of small business performance (i.e. sales, marketing, finance, operations, time management and employees);
- Working alongside clients to identify, create goals around, review and ultimately achieve 90-day action plans;
- Facilitating and coaching people performance improvement at all levels; and
- Applying theoretical and practical experience in analysing and solving problems to deliver tangible results.
Your success in this role will incorporate strength in both building B2B strategic relationships and building a referral business which is a by-product of being a great business coach that has clients for life.

The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in business, commerce and/or finance, and will be financially literate - you'll understand Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, and the functions of a cashflow projection. Having grown your own business to over $2M + per annum within the last five years will also be deemed favourable.
This is a critical role in which you will represent the high standards of Business Benchmark Group through your execution of coaching. As such, quality business coaching or management consulting experience is critical, as is polished and professional presentation at all times. An existing network, strong influence in B2B relationships and sales ability will also be essential, as you take ownership of your client base and ensure your books remain full. You will need to be a coach with an edge.
