About Your New Role
Titan Technicians now has multiple opportunities for experienced Plant Mechanics to join their crew in the Hunter Valley, NSW. These positions are currently being offered on a full-time casual basis, with the opportunity to become permanent full-time from January 2018.
While this is a traditional Plant Mechanic position, you will not get stuck doing repetitive duties every day. Titan Technicians provides their employees with variety in the workplace including (but not limited to) servicing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and working onsite/pits.
You must hold a Certificate of Proficiency (Plant Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle with Mine site experience). You will also need to have previous experience working with open cut machinery including Hitachi, Komatsu, and Cat equipment.
All applicants must be able to supply or pass a Coal Board Pre-Placement Medical.
While not essential, candidates with Working at Heights, MDG25, EWP certification, forklift licence will be held in high regard. However, Titan Technicians are willing to pay for successful candidates to obtain additional tickets/certifications.
Titan Technicians is looking for reliable, hard-working Plant Mechanics who have a good understanding of health and safety practices and an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
