About the Opportunity
Torque Industries is now seeking an experienced Hydraulic Service Technician to join their team in Adelaide, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will see you performing varied hydraulic work, including diagnostics, fault finding, maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair. You'll be working with hydraulic power units and general components (from light machinery to large manufacturing plants), both onsite and in the Torque Industries workshop.
Some after hours work will be required for call outs and projects. You will receive overtime penalty rates for these hours. Occasional travel will also be involved.
Please Note: This is not a maintenance fitter position - you will be strictly focused on all elements of hydraulics.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong hydraulics knowledge
- Trade qualifications (Hydraulics Certifications are highly regarded)
- Significant experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Experience working across various sites and technology
- A commitment to great customer service
- Professional presentation
- A positive 'roll with the punches' attitude
- A current driver's license
