About the Opportunity

Due to growth, kostklip® is seeking an Account Support Coordinator to join our fun and fast-paced team environment in Port Coquitlam, BC.

Working directly with assigned accounts in Canada, USA and Mexico, you will be responsible for order entry, quoting custom products and project management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and building a strong working relationship with customers

  • Researching past orders and preparing forecasts to recommend appropriate product enhancements and increase sales

  • Processing purchase orders and related paperwork, including updating the CRM, customer files, return goods authorization, etc

  • Corresponding with customers and the Operations team on stock levels, shipping, payment and delivery

  • Qualifying custom opportunities and providing account follow-up to close quotes

  • Troubleshooting customer inquiries

  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify for this dynamic role, you will possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and will have experience in a similar role.  

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of sales or manufacturing, and any knowledge of the retail environment, including infrastructure or inventory management, is considered an asset.

This role is well suited to a highly organized, meticulous and adaptable individual who is able and willing to be cross-trained across all facets of the client services team. Proficient with computers, including MS Office and CRM tools, you will demonstrate superior problem-solving abilities and be capable of multitasking effectively.
