Business Benchmark Group now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Appointment Setter to join their team in Doncaster, Melbourne.
In a nutshell, you’ll spend your days generating leads and cold calling prospective clients with the aim of setting sales appointments for Senior Business Strategists to attend.
Your key challenge will be navigating gate-keepers in order to engage with the key decision makers within SME businesses.

- Experience in lead generation (LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be a bonus!)
- Confidence and comfortability in cold calling, including an excellent phone manner
- Persistence – you’ll need to be well versed in getting through to key decision makers in the first phone conversation
- The emotional intelligence to effectively engage with prospects and adapt your communication to where the conversation is heading

You will be rewarded for your success in this role with an attractive base salary plus super and performance-based incentives, equating to OTE of $80,000 - $85,000.
