About Your New Role
Flat Out Surveying is now looking to welcome a Senior Surveyor (Data Manager) on a full-time basis in Footscray, Melbourne.
This position is ideal for a Surveyor who is looking to move into a senior office based role! As such you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining revisions and models, drafting set out plans, and imputing CAD files.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include;
- Setting up field data for the field survey crew;
- Preparing Setout files;
- Chasing plan revisions;
- Drafting plans;
- Site Setouts as required;
- Liaising with clients; and
- Office and administrative duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated Commercial and Civil Surveying experience with advanced 12d Model and AutoCAD skills.
Candidates with a Surveying or Geomatics Degree/Diploma or equivalent and Construction Industry Induction Card is preferred, however, is not essential providing you have relevant and demonstrated experience.
As you will be liaising with a variety of clients including Architects, Construction Workers, etc, you will need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a highly autonomous role that will require the successful candidate to have excellent self-motivation and strong time management skills.
