About the Roles

Plumbtrax now has a full-time opportunity for a Plumber (Drainer) to join their dedicated team in Yarra Valley, VIC. In this role, you will provide plumbing and draining services to Local Municipalities & Water Authorities.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • General plumbing maintenance;
  • Pit & Manhole Construction;
  • Trench Shoring;
  • Pipeline installation & repairs;
  • Re-instatement works;
  • Investigational & Problem solving works;
  • Excavator & Skid Steer operation;
  • Traffic & Pedestrian Management; and
  • CCTV and reporting works, sewer and stormwater blockages.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry will be highly regarded.

To be successful, you must hold a trade qualification and Victorian trade registration. You will also need a strong understanding of OH&S practices including environmental and quality control. 

A current driver's licence, red/white card, first aid certificate and willingness to undergo a criminal history check is essential. 

In addition, candidates with an Excavator and Skid Steer licence, MC or HR truck licence, Traffic Control license and a working in confined spaces certification will be held in high regard.
