Clean Air Australia (Clean Air) now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Air Conditioning (HVAC) Service Coordinator to join their established business based out of their Archerfield office.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating field service projects in the Brisbane metro and surrounding areas.
This role will require you to liaise with the sales and operations team, clients, suppliers, and field technicians to determine the best delivery and use of resources.
What you'll need to be successful
Do you have the following?
- HVAC Accreditation and/or significant commercial or industrial HVAC industry experience;
- Knowledge of HVAC calculations and an understanding of their usage;
- Leadership experience;
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Australia;
- Project management skills (desirable);
- Unencumbered manual driver's licence; and
- Clear criminal history.
As you will be coordinating a small team of service technicians, you will need to be an approachable and supportive leader with exceptional emotional intelligence - understanding that not every individual learns or works in the same way. You will be willing to provide each team member with appropriate training and guidance, ensuring overall team productivity and motivation.
You will also be liaising with a wide variety of clients on a daily basis, therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Due to the nature of this role, it is critical that you have effective decision-making abilities, solid time management and organisational skills, and an analytical approach to finding solutions for your clients.
Most importantly, you will love working in a varied and high-volume role with a wide range of clients.
