About the Opportunity

WonderlandRV has a unique opportunity for a full-time Sales Manager (preferably with Marketing Experience, however not essential) to join their team in Melbourne.

Your primary aim in this role will be to drive sales via existing dealers, new dealers, and Caravan Expos. You will also be a sales gun for our organisation and lead by example by following up leads, generating your own leads, and showing your sales expertise and displaying your strong closing skills!

Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will oversee and deliver Nationwide sales activities, and will also be point of contact for technical product enquiries for both wholesale and retail customers.

Please Note: This role requires regular interstate travel and occasional weekend work (with any weekend work accruing time in lieu).

About You

Wonderland RV is seeking candidates with a background in vehicle sales (preferably RV / Caravan experience), and experience in managing and developing a sales strategy. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue will ensure you flourish in this position. Although not essential, any management experience will be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of the role, it's preferred you have an understanding of marketing and promotions in order to drive customer enquiries and traffic. Thorough knowledge of both wholesale and retail commercial objectives is required however, as is competency in the use of computer programs and systems.

Importantly, you'll be an expert communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage and develop dealer / customer relationships. As sales growth is one of your key focuses, it's essential you have the ability to effectively and efficiently close a sale. Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour will assist you in achieving the above.
