Terraco currently employs eight qualified engineers and provides services to a spectrum of government, local government, public and private companies, organisations and individuals.
They also offer a wide range of civil engineering services including providing assistance from the planning applications stage through to issuing of new titles.

About the Role
Terraco now has a brand new full-time position for an experienced Civil Engineer (Land Development) to join their team. This role will be based out of the Sunbury office.
In this role, your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing Terraco projects in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. You will also carry out engineering design work for residential subdivision developments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in design and management of residential subdivision developments will be crucial to your success in this role.
Proficiency with 12d Model and AutoCAD is preferred, but not essential.
Candidates with construction site certification and/or membership with Engineers Australia will be held in high regard.
Please note: Candidates are required to hold a current unencumbered driver's licence.
