An Exciting Opportunity Awaits  

We currently have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Agents (Call Centre) to join our growing team in North Vancouver for both part-time and full-time positions.

Please note our call centre is a 24-hour operation, so there are a variety of shifts available. 

In these roles, you act as the face of our company and handle incoming calls and emails from our customers. You will also help with some outbound calls and marketing, and quality assurance activities when not serving customers. 

A typical day may include:

  • Carrying out a range of customer service activities, including solving problems, answering questions, and providing exceptional service
  • Solving technical support issues 
  • Becoming and acting as the expert in the application features and functions of our platform
  • Using and updating our technology platform with order inserts
  • Helping out with quality assurance activities
  • Making outbound calls from leads that are provided to you
  • Performing other administrative tasks, as required

You will be a good fit for this role if you have previous customer service experience and are comfortable with technology. You must also be an adaptable, fast learner who takes initiative. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build rapport with customers and work in a fast-paced environment. 

Bilingualism in a second language such as Spanish or French is definitely considered an asset, as is previous call centre or international ticketing experience.
