About the Opportunity
CMI are now seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist (Telecommunication Accessories) to join their driven team based in Sydney, on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for generating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in order to achieve new business and repeat sales. More specifically your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Regularly travelling within your state to meet with key clients;
- Delivering sales presentations;
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities;
- Effectively merchandising all company products;
- Providing in-store training; and
- Researching and developing new business opportunities.

You will be leveraging off a well-rounded existing client base, and will also be in the perfect position to use the organisation's relationship to continue to grow an already thriving state. With your strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will have no problem working in this fast-paced environment as you put forth your personable, positive attitude and dedication to customer service. An engaging sales manner is key!
Although not essential, any experience working within a retail telco environment would be beneficial.
In addition, you will also need exceptional communication skills. The ability to liaise with a variety of different clients will be pivotal to your success!
As this is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role, it requires someone with a high level of self-motivation, discipline and organisation to hit the ground running and make this role your own!
