Business Administration Traineeship - CBD

AGA are seeking motivated individuals to train in Business Administration with a State Government Department located in Melbourne's CBD. Our trainee will perform a range of administrative tasks to support internal and external clients. The successful candidate will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a Certificate III in Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer & screen phone calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Maintain databases
  • File management
  • General word processing and data entry
  • Assisting staff members

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Proficient in using computers

This is an excellent opportunity to gain 12 months of solid office work experience, whilst studying for a Nationally Accredited qualification in Business and earning a wage.
