Adelaide Oval is one of Australia’s most iconic entertainment venues — home to footy, cricket, major concerts, and unforgettable events. Behind the scenes, our passionate team keeps it all moving, including our Stores crew who manage inbound goods, stock control, and seamless day‑to‑day logistics.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Stores & Logistics Supervisor to help lead this critical function and keep our operations running at their best.

Stores & Logistics Supervisor 

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Logistics & Procurement Manager, you’ll take charge of the daily operations of our Stores area including:

  • Leading and providing hands-on support to a team of permanent and casual staff
  • Overseeing all inbound goods and venue-wide stock movements
  • Managing stocktake and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining and monitoring our beer and keg systems (yes — a key responsibility!)
  • Managing rosters, driving training and performance outcomes across the team
  • Preparing and interpreting operational reports and forecasts

You’ll be a practical leader who leads by example, understands OHS&W, quality and HACCP standards, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

 What we're looking for:

  • Experienced logistics or stores supervisor
  • Approachable, organised and confident in frontline leadership
  • Comfortable working across major event days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Hands-on operator with a current High Risk Work Licence (forklift)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

  • Out-of-hours work is a requirement of this role in line with the business's operational needs, including working days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
