Indigenous Business Administration Traineeship-Broadmeadows
APlus Apprentice + Trainee Services are seeking an individual to train as an Indigenous Business Administration Trainee located in Broadmeadows for a government department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant individual to build a successful career within the Business Administration Industry. To be successful in this role candidates must possess exemplary Customer Service and Communication Skills.
Our trainee will perform a range of administrative duties,The successful candidate will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Administration tasks such as mail, banking, faxed, filing printing
- Setting up events for meetings
- Prepare agendas and minute taking
- Answering Phones and enquires
- Reception duties
- Stationary orders
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn new things
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Have an eye for detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Aboriginal or Torres strait Islander
