About the role
We are seeking 1 x Full-time Community Lisaon Coordinator for a three year fixed term to lead the direct impact of the Liason team.
The Community Liaison Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and leadership of Aboriginal Liaison Officers (ALO) across the Northern Territory. Working with the team to ensure that emotional, social, and cultural support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents and their families is provided when they use the Aged Care Services. When Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people move into Aged Care it can be a worrying time, with feelings of fear, sadness, homesickness, and isolation; to which the Liaison Team is pivotal to supporting the needs of our residents.

Skills & experience
- Certificate IV in Community Services CHC32015 (Or other related Allied Health discipline)
- Have worked in a similar role for a Not for Profit or Non- Government Organisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to create and interpret reports with impact
- Demonstrated ability working with multiple language and cultural groups
