Senior Service Coordinator - Internal Only

Autism SA is a leading provider of services to individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Australia and is seeking to employ a Senior Service Coordinator to work in the Community Support and Inclusion team. 

This newly created position will report to the Manager – CSI (formerly Coordinator CSI) to coordinate day to day Community Support and Inclusion services to individuals with a disability and behaviours of concern. Specifically, the role is responsible and accountable for:

  • Planning and oversight of: Respite and School Holiday Programs, Day Options programs and individually tailored support packages
  • Oversight and coordination of relevant administrative support
  • Identification and facilitation of CSI Staff training
  • Assisting with the recruitment and induction of support workers and other CSI staff/students to the organisation
  • The provision of supervision and advice to team members in order to meet the organisation’s strategic objectives and the operational objectives of the work area and to foster and maintain a positive work culture.

The position will be based in Netley with core working hours of 9am – 5pm.  The position is offered as a full time fixed term contract until 30 June 2017 with the possibility of extension

The anticipated start date for the position will be in January 2017.
