• Permanent, Full Time position with monthly RDO
• Salary range $92,434 to $100,755 per annum (includes 9.5% superannuation)

About the Role
Baw Baw is seeking a Waste Management Officer to look after its key waste service contracts.
These services include the kerbside bin collections, green waste processing, waste disposal, hard waste collections and transfer station operations.
The role will also play a key part in refreshing Baw Baw’s waste services given the changes required by the 2020 Recycling Victoria policy.
Given the upcoming retirement of the current incumbent, an opportunity is available for a comprehensive role handover.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field (i.e. contract management, science, environment, engineering) along with practical experience, or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience.
Contract management and/or waste service industry experience is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, an ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and being a team player are essential.|
