About the role

You will have responsibility for:

  •  Develop and lead the successful delivery of Office Services Group, ensuring a consistent national approach
  • Work in conjunction with the Management team to anticipate business needs, enhance results and avoid problems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and establish set service level agreements with business service providers, vendor, building and facilities managers, utilities providers, logistics providers, equipment providers etc.
  • Responsible for all services which support CBP premises, including property management, fixtures and fittings, equipment utilities, security, services, relocation and strategy planning
  • Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises and management of relationships with external agencies and building management
  • Project management, supervision and coordination of building contractors and tradespeople ensuring all works have been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
  • Supplier contract management and ensuring all standards of service level agreements for building and office equipment are adhered to
  • Travelling to interstate offices on a regular basis (sometimes on short notice with overnight stays)

 

The successful candidate

  • Extensive experience in providing strategic leadership and influencing and leading change in professional services
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills in building and sustaining relationships with a particular focus on the integration and leading, as well as being a part of a team
  • Experience in leading a corporate services function at Senior Management level
  • The capacity to identify and control risks to the organisation that fall within the realm of corporate services
  • Appropriate tertiary and post-graduate qualifications
