About the role:

  •  Overall responsibility for recruitment strategy including proactive talent sourcing and pipelining, employee value proposition and employer branding
  • Regularly report on recruitment activity through key recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Review and update policies, candidate screening templates, interview guides, reference check templates and success profiles
  • Develop and present training materials to key stakeholders on best practice recruitment and hiring
  • Execute recruitment requisitions including sourcing, advertising, coordinating, screening, interviewing, reference/background checking, negotiating, hiring and retaining staff nationally.
  • Work closely with the Director of Human Resources and Managing Partner on lateral Partner recruitment
  • Manage the SCOUT recruitment system and ensure its used efficiently and to its full capability. Further develop a good relationship with the client manager at SCOUT to ensue CBP receives best service
  • Lead social media recruitment strategy and manage social media accounts in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Manage the national Graduate recruitment and ensure that CBP get the best graduates available through robust relationships on campus and a strong presence at careers fairs
  • Continue to develop and refine a best practice graduate plan and brand for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne
  • Manage the annual recruitment budget in conjunction with Director of Human Resources
  • Continue to manage effective relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers nationally
  • Assist with broad/general HR issues with the local HR Consultant
  • Ad hoc travel will be required

 

The successful candidate:

  • Based in either Brisbane or Sydney
  • Proven experience executing talent acquisition within both internal and agency recruitment would be preferred. Professional services exposure would be ideal
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or related discipline would be favourable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels of the firm with a client-centric focus
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter would be beneficial
