Due to continued growth across our Goldfields Division, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our successful project delivery team based in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Goldfields Area Manager the role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects across the division.

Critical functions of the role include:

  • Controlling and managing all aspects of the projects
  • Project managing from initial site setup to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of projects
  • Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

As a project management professional, you will possess strong commercial acumen and be highly articulate, proactive and driven with strong leadership skills. 

Ideally you will have worked within a similar leadership role with proven and demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of smaller projects and site based resources.  You will have a minimum of 5 years project management experience with tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management.  Candidates with a background in remedial construction although not essential would be highly regarded.
